Camec is an industry leader in the supply of caravan accessories in Australia and New Zealand.
Zeemo was engaged by Camec to redevelop their underperforming eComm shopping cart. The website needed to appeal to Caravan and RV travellers and convey Camec’s passion for “Making anywhere home”.
This was a complex project that required detailed planning and seamless integration between Magento 2.0 and multiple third-party systems including Micorsoft Nav, freight provider, bank and CRM to name a few.
Camec’s original website was predominantly visited by mobile users. This called for a mobile-first approach to their website redesign. All websites built by Zeemo are responsive to ensure a high level of engagement, no matter the chosen device.
Camec undertake many marketing campaigns throughout the year including sales and Caravan & Camping show expos. Zeemo provides ongoing assistance with design and implementation for these campaigns. Discount codes, gift vouchers and campaign landing pages can be created with ease in Magento 2.0 and that’s part of the reason it was the platform of choice: for its versatility and extensive functionality.

Analytics has been installed so that we can measure the results of the newly built website with the old. In the following months we will have a clearer picture about the impact of our new layout and designs and from there we will be making incremental updates to ensure it continues to engage with its audience.
